Further measures needed for reducing risk
Tripping on wires
The photographer or model.
The lights could be damaged as the wires run from them. Along with knock the tripod over with the camera on it.
Make aware to people about the wires so that they are careful. As well as, keep equipment tidy.
High
Make sure that people are being careful around the wires and are not running in the photography studio.
Fires
Model and photographer.
The studio cameras, lights and white back drop.
Keep fire extinguishers in studio.  
Extreme
Make sure a fire exit sign is placed above the door.
Fainting
Model or photographer.
If the person fainting falls on any equipment or they injure themselves.
If someone says they feel like they will faint go to the front office and receive medical help straight away.
High
If someone reports feeling ill give them medical attention straight away and stop the shoot.
Running
Model or photographer.
They run into something like a camera tripod or lights and break it.
Make sure no one runs in the studio.
Moderate
Make sure even when the studios busy everyone is walking and being careful around equipment.
